Dr. Owen Strachan
Graduate of Bowdoin College (A.B. in History), Southern Seminary (M.Div. in Biblical & Theological Studies), and Trinity Evangelical Divinity School (Ph.D. in Theological Studies). In roles within the SBC and greater Evangelical sphere, Dr. Strachan is Senior Fellow of the Council on Biblical Manhood & Womanhood and was formerly President of CBMW. He is also a contributing writer for The Gospel Coalition, a research fellow of the Ethics & Religious Liberty Commission of the SBC, and a fellow of the Center for Pastor-Theologians. At SBTS, Dr. Strachan was director of the Carl F.H. Henry Institute for Evangelical Engagement, and at Boyce College, he served as chair of Gospel & Culture. A well-established writer, Dr. Strachan has published six books.
Darrell B. Harrison serves as Dean of Social Media at Grace to You. Darrell has a blog called “Just Thinking . . . for Myself,” which has more than 22,000 subscribers, and is the lead host of the Just Thinking podcast which is one of the top-ranked Christian podcasts in America, with more than 2.2 million episodes downloaded. Darrell is a fellow of the Black Theology and Leadership Institute (BTLI) at Princeton Theological Seminary (PTS) in Princeton, New Jersey, and is a graduate of the Theology and Ministry program at PTS. Darrell is currently in the final phase of becoming certified as a biblical counselor with the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors (ACBC). He and his wife Melissa reside in Valencia, California. They have three adult children.
Pastor Tommy Nelson
Tommy Nelson is the Senior Pastor of Denton Bible Church, located in Denton, Texas. He is the author of a number of books and resources including, "The Story of God", "A Life Well Lived", "The Book of Romance", and "Walking on Water". Tommy speaks nationally at conferences and has been featured on Focus on the Family, Family Life Today, Josh McDowell, For Faith and Family, and other national broadcasts. He has a Master of Arts degree in Biblical Studies from Dallas Theological Seminary. Tommy and his wife, Teresa, have two adult children.
Pastor Tom Buck
Dr. Tom Buck is Senior Pastor at First Baptist Church of Lindale, Texas. He holds a BA in New Testament Greek from the Moody Bible Institute, a ThM in Bible Exposition from Dallas Theological Seminary, and a D.Min. in Expositional Preaching from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He has been serving in his present role as pastor of First Baptist Church since 2006. In addition to his passion for the local church, he has been engaged in training men in expository workshops since 2008.
Pastor Rodney C. Brown, Jr.
Rodney C. Brown, Jr. has been the Senior Pastor of Metro Bible church in Southlake, Texas since 2005. Prior to entering the pastorate, he spent 15 years in international trade. He holds degrees in Business Economics from the University of North Texas and Biblical Studies from Dallas Theological Seminary. Rodney serves on the boards of Ante Su Palabra and Equip to Serve. His passion is verse by verse expositional preaching and discipling men for pastoral ministry. He and his wife, Joy, have been married for 28 years and have four adult children.
Pastor Charles Stolfus
Charles is happily married to his wife Melanie and are the proud parents of four children. He received his Bachelor of Music in 1982 from the University of North Texas and his Master of Theology from Dallas Theological Seminary with an emphasis in Historical Theology. He presently serves as one of the Associate Pastors at Denton Bible Church where he wears a number of hats including serving as Director of a Theological Institute, coordinating and teaching in the Denton Bible Church Young Guns Program (and intensive men's discipleship program) and teaching and adult Sunday school class.
