Are there size limits for bags?

Yes, all bags need to be smaller than 14x14x6

What meals are provided?

We will provide coffee and donuts Saturday morning and lunch Saturday afternoon.
For your convenience, a variety of food trucks will be on campus Friday night (not included in your registration fee).

Is childcare provided?

No childcare will be provided.

If I am no longer able to attend the
conference, can I get a refund?

No, we are not issuing refunds. However, if you would like to transfer your ticket to someone else, we would be happy to do so. To request a ticket transfer please click the Contact Us at the top of the main page.

Will the conference be live
streamed?

Yes! Register on the website.

Will there be breakout sessions?

Yes! There will be a variety of breakout sessions during the conference.

with the speakers?

The speakers will do a Q&A during the conference.

Where do I reserve
a hotel room?

Do I need to bring my
confirmation QR code to check in?

Yes, in order to expedite the check in process, please have your QR code readily accessible.

Will there be an exhibitor hall?

Yes! We have many ministries, organizations, and seminaries available for you in the exhibitor hall.

Yes! We are pleased to offer a wide selection of books for purchase. Payment methods accepted: Cash, Credit Card.

Will there be a time of worship?

Yes! There will be a time of worship on Friday and Saturday.

When does regular registration
close?

Regular registration closes June 3rd. Late registration begins June 4th.
